    Abstract:

    requirementsoflipid.andsoybeanmealandfishoilandsoybeanoil,respectively.Weusedatwofactor,threelevel,factorialdesign.,or45%protein(P)fromeithersourceand7Portunustrituberculatusandanadditionalgroupwasfedarawfishdietasacontrol.Thefeedingexperimentwasconductedinseacagesusingahangingcultivationtechnique.Eachfemalewasheldinahangingcage.with18samplespertreatment.AllDietaryproteinandlipidlevelshadasignificantinfluenceontheweightgain,feedconversionratio(2.01−2.55),proteinefficiencyratio(1.02−eedconversionratiodecreasedandgrowthrateincreased<0.05).ThegroupTheconditionfactorofthisgroupthegroupfed40%protein/11%lipid.TheovarianproteinandlipidcontentThegroupfedahighlevelofdietaryproteinhadhighertotalovarianfatcontentthantheothergroups.However,therewerenosignificantdifferencesovarianashcontent>0.05).Ingroupsfedthesamelevelofdietaryprotein,astaxanthinthe.
