    Abstract:

Nemipterus speciesamplified their mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI) gene fragments by PCR, and examined 696 base-pair nucleotide sequences of COI. The results show that all 48 sequences are grouped into 29 haplotypes and there are 104 variable nucleotide positions in COI gene fragments. Haplotypes analysis indicates that no significant genetic differenceMolecular phylogenetic trees are constructed with Eucinostomusmaximum-parsimony and neighbor-joining, which suggests that the three into another. Thus, it could be concluded that the relationship and that between N. nemurus and
