    ThetrialofseagrasstransplantationwascarriedoutinartificialfishingreefsareainShenzhenyangmeikengfromJunetoDecemberin2008.hetrialwascarriedoutintestpond.Thelongestsurvivaltimeisabout20d.Halophilaovaliswater-courseinseagrassimitingfactorsanalysiswascarriedoutaccordingtoseagrasssurvivalstateandallkindsofenvironmentfactorinsamplingareaandintrialarea.Resultsshowthattherearehighrequirementstodissolveoxygenandilluminationforseagrassgrowth.Differentenvironmentalfactorcanbethelimitingfactorofseagrassgrowth.seagrasstransplantationinartificialfishingreefsWhenchoosetheareaofartificialfishingreefsforseagrasstransplantation,weshouldconsidertheareathathavesimilarwiththegrowthofsedimentandsimilarmarineenvironment(includingtemperatureandsalinity,pHvalue,dissolvedoxygen,illumination,etc),thegeneraldepthshouldnotexceed2meter,thelightofthesundirectly.Atthesametime,nthetransplantationofseagrassprocessespeciallyinitialstage,thenecessarymeasuresmustbetake
