Abstract:Scomber)wereinvestigatedusingsamplescollectedduringpeakspawninginSouthernandEasternFujianfishinggrounds(antai-eihaifishinggrounds)duringJanuarytoMay2010.Twentycharactersweremeasuredwithineachindividualfollowingtherussmethod.Datawerestandardizedbyallometricmethodsusedtoremoveinfluencesofsizedif,foursamplingareas.Resultsindicatethat<0.05).However,othercharactersusstudy.Adiscriminantformulawasbuilbyprincipalcomponentanalysis(PCA)andstepwisediscriminantfunctionanalysis(DFA).hreeprincipalcomponentswereconstructed,whichresultedinacumulativecontributoryratioof86.63%.Principalcomponent2wasaffectedbythetheseconddorsalfinandanalfin,whileprincipalcomponent3wasespeciallyaffectedbytheextremityoftheoperculumandstartingpointofthepelvicfin.PrincipalcomponentanalysisshowedthatofmaturestockswasestablishedbyDFA,-,andthegeneraldiscriminationratewas99.2%.ChubmackerelaresignificantinthefoursamplingareasintheEastChinaandYellowSeas.
