Abstract:Aeromonashydrophilawateraquaculture.Mortality,duetodiseasefromthesetwopathogens,hasresultedinsignificanteconomiclosswidespread.iahasalonghistoryofintensivefishculture,therehasbeenlittleprogressindeveloping/usingvaccinesforthetreatmentoffishdiseasesinthisregioncombined,singleapplicationamultivalentvectorvaccineglyceraldehyde-3-phosphatedehydrogenase(GAPDH)frompathogenicVT)byintraperitonealinjection(i.p.)orimmersionLSA34andanguillarumFishthatweregiventhevaccinebyi.p.injectionhadhighprotectionsagainstMVM425andLSA34withRPSof80.6%and77.0%respectively.Similarly,thefishthatwereimmersedinthevaccinealsohadaprotectionagainstMVM425(RPS62.2%),buthadalowprotectionagainstLSA34(RPS11.7%).)thaninthecontrol(mean:betweenmultivalentvectorvaccine ingvaccineandplasmaantibodytiterwerelowerinthei.p.immunizationgroup.However,thisimmersioninthevaccineAnumberofstudieshaveshownthatmoresuitableforevaluating
