    Abstract:

    Brachymystaxlenoktsinlingensiswerecaughtfromthewildand,afterartificialfertilization,embryonicandlarvaldevelopmentwereinvestigated.Larva)Thetotalaccumulatedtemperatureofembryonicdevelopmentwas19datawatertemperatureof9.31edefinedsixbroadsofembryogenesis(zygote,cleavagestage,blastulastage,gastrulastage,neurulastage,andorganformationstage),whichminorperiods.Thehatchinglarvaehadatransparentbodywithclearlyvisiblesarcomeres,butwithlimitedswimmingcapability.Fivedaysafterhatching,apatchofmelaninappearedonthebodysurface.Theyolksacbegantodisappear12daysafterhatchingandparrmarkingsstartedtoappearafter46days,atwhichstagethefinsofthelarvaeresembledthoseofyoungfish.Themorphologicalcharacteristicsoftheembryosandlarvaearedescribedandthefactorsaffectingontogenesisoftheearlylifestagesof,includingwatertemperature,dissolvedoxygenandwaterquality,arediscussed
