Abstract:

kineticsofinhibitionoftrypsin-likeproteasefromrreversiblewere0.155mmol/Land8.44μmol/(L·min),respectively.AstheconcentrationofSTIwasincreased,theactivitydecreasedwithICof2.8μg/mL.STIslowly,reversiblyandcompetitivelyinhibitedtheenzymeactivityatlowconcentration.Therateconstantoftheforwardinactivation(,whichwasaboutfivetimeshigherthanthevalueof0.039).Therefore,atsufficientlyhighSTIconcentrations,theenzymewouldbecompletelyinactivated..
