    Abstract:

    tonguesole()weresub-clonedintotheexpressionvectorspET-32aandpGEX-6P-1,respectively.Subsequently,thesesodiumdodecylsulfate-polyacrylamidegelelectrophoresis(SDS-PAGE).Asaresult,anewspecificGHbandexpressedbyusingthepET-32avector(pET-32a-CSGH)wasfoundwithmolecularmassofabout40kD,andanewspecificGHR-bandexpressedbyusingthepGEX-6P-1vector(pGEX-6P-1-CSGHR1-2)wasfoundwithmolecularmassofabout70kD.TheGHandGHR-recombinantproteinswereexpressedandcomposedof37.6%and20.2%ofthetotalbacterialproteins,respectively.However,pGEX-6P-1-CSGHandtheotherthreerecombinantplasmids(pET-32a-CSGHR1-1,pET-32a-CSGHR1-trans-membranedomainwerenotsuccessfullyexpressed.Therelevantresultsshowedthatthetrans-membranedomainoftheGHR-
