    onimmunityandantioxidantactivitieswithin).Atotalof210grasscarpindividualsofsimilarinitialweight(45g),wererandomlydividedintotwogroups(threereplicatesforeachgroup).Thecontrolgroupwasfedthebasaldietwhilethetreapreparation.The.Theresultsshowedthattheglobulin,albumintoglobulinratio,immunoglobulinM(IgM)andthecomplement3(C3)levelintheserumofthetreatmentgroupsincreasedby44.62%(P><0.01),respectively,comparedtothecontrol.However,thecontentsoftotalserumprotein,albumin,analyzelysozyme(LZM),myeloperoxidase(MPO)andalkalinephosphatase(AKP)werenotaffectedby>0.05).Comparedwiththecontrol,thetotalantioxidantactivity(T-AOC),glutathioneperoxidase(GSH-Px)andantisuperoxideanionfreeradical(ASAFR)fromliver,serumandthanthoseofcontrol.Themalondialdehyde(MAD)levelintheliversignificantlydecreased,whileintestinalmucosallevelssignificantlyincreasedandtheserumhadnodifferenteffect.Theresultsindicatedthatpreparationsaddedintoculturewatercannotonlypromotetheimmunityandantioxidantabilityofgrasscarp,butalso
