    Abstract:

    yellowcatfish(acriticalperiodduringcultivation.Thethetechnicaldifficultyartificiallyhatchedasfoodsourceforlarvalfactory.Thechangesinthegrowth,survival,foodintakeandbodycompositionoftheyellowcatfishlarvaeandjuvenilesfedwithAsthelarvalgrowthanddevelopmentprogressed,thefeedingrateandtherelativesizeofthestomachgraduallyincreased,growingupto10mminsize.Feedingrateswere93.3%,andmostoftheindividualstomachfilledtothe3naupliiexperiencedchangesinproximatenutrientlevels,aminoacidandfattyacidcontentsoverthedifferentgrowthperiods.Amylase,protease,andlipaseactivitiesweredetectableonthefirstdayafterhatching.Duringtheinitialfeedingperiod(day515)thespecificactivitiesofthesethreedigestiveenzymeswererelativelyhigh.Onday15,thespecificactivitiesofthedigestiveenzymesreturnedtoalowlevel.andoodsourceofasuitablesizefor
