    摘要:

    月,从流沙港马氏珠母贝养殖群体中挑选Pinctada martensi 50 月,从15 15 条件下,三者活力由高到低依次为淀粉酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶。(SG1 CG )。(SG1 )3.12-1·mg)。(SG1 )·mg·mg℃组蛋白酶活力大于对照组,差异不显著();在时,)。本研究结果表明,经过一代壳色选育后黄壳色选系与对照组的消化生理指标存在明显差异,为马氏珠母贝的黄壳色系进一步选育提供依据。

    Abstract:

    1 was established by eleven breeders with yellow shell color selected from Liusha Bay stock of pearl oyster )fifty mature individuals was also obtained by randomly selecting from the same stock as breeders. In October 2007 and CG groupscellulose and protease activities between the two groups were compared at 15 25 . The results were as follows The activity of amylase was the highestfollowed by cellulose and protease activities at different temperature. At the temperature range of 15the amylase activity of the two groups increased with the increasing temperature . The amylase activities of SG1 and CG varied from 3.51 to 5.09and from 2.53 to 4.04 µg·minrespectively. At 15 25 the amylase activity of SG1 was higher than that of CG℃) In the experiment temperatures rangethe cellulose activity were positively correlated to the ambient temperature·mgrespectively. No significant difference was observed in the two groups ) At 15-30 the protease activity showed a positive correlation to the ambient temperature. The protease activities of SG1 were much higher than that of CG at 15 ()the CG exhibited higher protease activities than SG1 at 20and 30 . The results from the present study indicate evident differences in physiological indices between SG1 and CGwhich will provide much more useful information for further breeding.
