    Abstract:

    resulting in summer massive mortality of scallop, the effects of water temperature variation on oxygen consumption and ammonium excretion rates of were studied in laboratory, simulating changes of water temperature in raft culture area in summer. Scallops were exposed under four temperature of 10,15,20 and Each temperature was achieved by rapid (51) heating respectively. Oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate were measured before and after heating. The result showed that the rates of were affected significant temperature variation, the oxygen consumptionthe excretion rate ranged from 1.499 to 5.003 um /(g·h), rate or ammonia-N excretion rate were described as OR[mg/(g·h)] ﹣2 (temperature variation, the oxygen consumption rate at 15, 20 and 25 and ammonia execretion rate at 20 and 25 were significantly higher than those of chronic temperature test(<0.05).
